Clear Solutions Marketing (CSM) operates on a strict no-refund policy due to us being a service-oriented company. Which means the business will not issue refunds for purchases, regardless of the reason. The service of non-intangible items is offered, like digital marketing materials & meetings. Meaning they've already been performed, consumed, or accessed, unlike physical goods, you can return; however, you can dispute charges, cancel future payments, or report deceptive practices if the service wasn't promised, often using clear terms, documentation, and consumer protection agencies like the FTC.
Why are services Different from goods?

Intangibility: A service is an action or effort (like a consultation, software access, or phone plan), not something you physically possess to return.

Consumption: Once the service is rendered ( e.g., the consultation is done), the value is used up, making a literal 'take back' impossible.
What can you do ( if the service was bad or misleading)?

Dispute Charges: If you paid with a credit card, dispute the charge with your bank, especially for "Item or Service not as described, using proof of your agreement and the company's failure to deliver.

Cancel Future Payments: If you're still being charged, immediately contact Clear Solutions Marketing (CSM) (get confirmation!) or cancel via your bank/payment app to stop future billing.
